Current Role
Robin L. Webb is the Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Florida, responsible for directing the operations of approximately 275 sales people, a property management team of twelve, and the administrative support team throughout the state of Florida. He has been with the firm since merging his private firm into the current company in 1991.
Professional Background
With over 30 years as a Commercial Real Estate Broker and recognized hotel expert, his personal closed sales volume has exceeded one billion dollars. Webb has been ranked in the Top 5 Investment Brokers in Central Florida by the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society and the highest volume producer in the Southern Region by Prudential Real Estate Services, a former affiliate. Webb is a both a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) with over three decades of operations experience. As veteran Consultant and Litigation supporter, Webb serves as expert and receiver in both state and federal courts.
Professional Affiliation Experience
In 1997 Robin Webb was president of the Florida CCIM Chapter and the 400 member Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society. He was a recipient of the 1999 Hank Thompson Award for outstanding contribution to the Florida CCIM Chapter and in 1999 FAR Commercial Council Chairman. In 2002 Webb was presented with the Wilbur Strickland Award for lifetime contribution to Commercial Real Estate. In 2002 Webb was named Vice President of Finance for CCIM Institute. Webb has served on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Institute for fourteen years and is currently national Governance Chair as well as a Director of both the CCIM Education Foundation and CCIM Technologies, Inc.
Instructional Background
In addition to being a senior CCIM faculty member, Webb previously instructed for the Lorman Institute, lecturing to attorneys and CPAs for their continuing education. A former real estate instructor at the University of Central Florida, he has previously taught for many of the national franchises including Realty World and Century 21 Commercial. As a founder of the CCIM Site to Do Business, Robin delivered technology training to over 2,000 CCIM candidates and designees nationwide.
Education
In addition to his undergraduate work at Georgia State University, Robin’s professional education and designations include the completion of the education requirements for Florida Certified Appraiser, The Executive Series at Cornell University, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Certified Hotel Broker (CHB), Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB), International Marketing Specialist (IMS) and Real Estate Cyberspace Specialists (RECS). |
